For a Spartacus Pre-workout group order at a Jordanian gym, collect individual choices before adding quantities. Headcount alone does not determine tub count or make one product suitable for everyone.
Record individual requests
Use a sheet with buyer name, size, flavour, pack count, amount paid and handover status. Collect only details needed for coordination; avoid requesting private health information in the gym group.
A quantity example
Hypothetical example: four buyers want one small tub each and three want one large tub each. The order is four small and three large, not seven tubs in a size chosen by the organiser. Separate flavour variations into their own lines.
Agree cost allocation before payment
State whether delivery is split equally or under another arrangement. Record how any discount is allocated. Do not assume group or wholesale pricing: request a quote for the actual quantities from customer service.
Keep receipt and handover traceable
- Name the person receiving the shipment and receipt.
- Match packs to the size and flavour list.
- Keep batch details available for a pack-specific complaint.
- Give each buyer their original pack and purchase details.
- Set aside mismatched or damaged packs and contact the seller before distributing them.
If someone withdraws
Agree withdrawal arrangements before placing the order: when can an item be removed, and who contacts the seller after payment? Review the actual cancellation or return policy; a group purchase does not automatically create extra rights.
Review product options with each buyer, then confirm availability, expiry and delivery cost for the final list.
